Guarantee Coverage

Workmanship Guarantee

All our construction work is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion certificate. This covers:

  • Structural works and installations
  • Plastering and rendering
  • Carpentry and joinery
  • Flooring installations
  • Bathroom and kitchen fitting
  • Electrical installations (certified by qualified electricians)
  • Plumbing works (certified by qualified plumbers)
  • Decorative finishes

Building Standards Compliance

  • All work complies with current Building Regulations
  • Work completed to industry standards
  • Relevant certificates provided upon completion

Materials Warranty

  • Manufacturer warranties passed directly to clients
  • Original warranty documentation provided
  • Support with manufacturer warranty claims if needed

Making a Claim

Claim Process

  1. Contact our customer service team
  2. Provide project reference number
  3. Describe the issue with photos if possible
  4. We'll respond within 48 hours
  5. Site inspection arranged if necessary (within 7 working days)

Insurance Protection

To maintain validity of guarantee:

This guarantee is valid subject to:

  • Full payment of contract sum
  • No unauthorized alterations
